How do I upload a document?
Click the "Upload" button in your dashboard or drag and drop a file directly. We support PDF, Word, and text files up to 10MB.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR compliant and never use your documents to train our AI models.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Our AI is highly accurate for identifying key terms and risks, but we always recommend having a qualified lawyer review important decisions.
Do you offer team plans?
Yes, we offer team and enterprise plans with additional features like SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support. Contact us for details.
Which languages does Attorly support?
26 languages. The interface is available in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Greek, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Japanese and Korean.
Where is my data stored?
Attorly runs in Railway's EU-West region, and your case data lives in our EU database. Uploaded files are encrypted before they are stored on Cloudflare R2, which does not guarantee they stay in the EU, and AI analysis is processed by US-based model providers. Where a processor operates from the US, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as listed on our subprocessors page.
Which tools does Attorly integrate with?
Microsoft Word and Outlook through add-ins, and Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint through connectors you set up yourself under Settings › Integrations. Dropbox, Box, iManage, NetDocuments and Intralinks are enabled for your firm on request. Developers on Pro and Enterprise can also connect through the REST API or the MCP server.
Which countries' law does Attorly cover?
Attorly carries country-specific legal context for 13 jurisdictions: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Italy. For Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the UK, Germany and the US it also reads the national legislation databases directly, and EU law from EUR-Lex applies across the EU and EEA. Elsewhere you get general analysis plus EU law where it applies, so check national law against an official source or a local lawyer.
