Attorly runs on EU servers and your case data lives in our EU database. Uploaded files are encrypted before they reach Cloudflare storage, which is not pinned to the EU. AI analysis is processed by US-based model providers under EU standard contractual clauses — see our subprocessor list.
What Attorly does not do
- It does not replace a lawyer. Attorly gives legal information and drafts, not legal advice, and a qualified lawyer should check anything you rely on.
- There is no free plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial.
- Uploads are limited to 10 MB per file.
- There are no outbound webhooks. Integrations call the REST API or the MCP server, on Pro and Enterprise.
- Attorly is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified yet. Controls are aligned to both and third-party audits are planned.
